The people who love Papaya Fruit should know that Papaya is an amazing tropical fruit, that help us to live a perfect life. It’s not just tasty but it is great for skin, hair and our body. Some people also call it “Papaya the Medicine Tree,” the entire papaya plant ( roots, leaves and fruit) offers medicinal value. Young papaya leaves are eaten like a vegetable in some cuisines, and papaya leaves tea have many medicinal effects, they are also really effective in dengue fever.
I believe everyone should eat Papaya, even if you don’t like the taste of Papaya. In my opinion, Papaya is delicious but I prefer Mangoes on Papaya. Although, both of the fruits are entirely different from each other but they look somehow same.

You can include Papaya for a healthy breakfast. Papaya’s nutrition benefits are amazing, you can eat it as in salads, juice. The cocktails of papaya have lot of health benefits too. I have tried some face masks, hair conditioners using Papaya. They are really effective. You should try them yourself.
Skin Brightener Mask
Take some almond in milk and crush them properly. Then you can mix the same with papaya pulp in order to form the best paste ever. Now, it is time that you apply the same on several parts of the face. The pack should be kept for twenty minutes and then it is time to wash off the same with cold water
You can even make an effective face pack with papaya, banana, apple and yogurt. This is the kind of fruit treat you can offer the skin. You can take all the four items to mix well in the blender. Now, you can clean the face well before you apply the paste on all parts of the skin. After the application the pack should be retained for twenty minutes and then the same should be washed off using plain water.
Papaya is also effective for treating dry skin. All you need to do is to mash a small section of papaya and mix it one tbsp milk cream. Apply on your face for 20 minutes and then wash it off.
Super Moist Papaya Conditioner:
• 1 cup ripe papaya, diced
• 1 cup ripe banana, diced
• 1-tablespoon coconut oil
• 1-cup yogurt
Blend ingredients together thoroughly, there should be no chunks whatsoever, especially from your banana. Apply to damp hair. Cover with a plastic cap. Allow to stay in hair for an hour or more, wrap a towel around the plastic cap to generate heat. Wash out from hair and style as usual.
According to my knowledge, I conclude that Papaya is very beneficial for our health. Everyone should include Papaya in their diet, at least 2 times a week.
