Things we need:
- Fresh Ginger 1/2 Inch piece
- Dried Chamomile Flowers 1 Teaspoon
- Dried Raisins 7-9
- Lemon Juice 1/2 teaspoon
- Water 400 ML
- Crush the Ginger with the help of rolling-pin.
- Wash the Raisins and cut them into small pieces.
How to Make:
- Boil 400 ML water in a pan/pot.
- Add crushed Ginger and dried Chamomile flowers in the boiling water.
- Let it steep for 10-15 minutes, we do it so their essence comes in the tea/drink.
- Strain the tea out.
- Add the Raisins in the tea.
- Leave the Raisins in the tea for few minutes to soften it.
- Now, crush the Raisins in the tea, to sweeten the tea.
- Add Lemon Juice in the tea.
- Stir it well.
- Now, serve and enjoy.
