Recipe of French Toast and Eggless French Toast

First of all, I would like to say that everyone should have a healthy and balanced breakfast. Always include Egg and Milk in your breakfast because they are rich in proteins. Try this French Toast and you will complete you Egg and Milk Portion, with Yumminess. Do try these Recipes.

French Toast:

 

This Recipe of French Toast is perfect if you want a healthy breakfast. This one have approximately 229-270 calories in it.

Things we need:

 

  • Eggs x 1-2
  • Milk 1 Cup
  • Sugar or Brown Sugar to taste
  • Oil/Butter/Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Bread slices 2-4

 

Directions:

 

  1. Let’s start by making the batter. Add beaten eggs, milk and sugar in a bowl. Beat it for few minutes (I usually do it for 10-15 minutes to make it more delicious).
  2. Dip the bread slices in the mixture.
  3. Add oil/butter/ghee in the pan to grease it.
  4. Place the Bread Slices in the pan.
  5. Fry it from both sides until the top layer is Golden Brown.
  6. Dish it out. Serve with Honey or Maple Syrup.

 

 

Eggless French Toast:

 

This is an Eggless French Toast, it is without eggs but equally delicious. Some people are allergic to Eggs (like my aunt), others just don’t like it. Well, this Eggless French Toast is perfect for them.

 

Things You need:

 

  • Milk ½ cup (boiled)
  • Bread Slices 3-4
  • Vanilla Custard Powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar or Brown Sugar to taste
  • Butter/oil

 

Directions:

 

  1. Mix Vanilla Custard Powder and Sugar in boiled Milk.
  2. Grease a non-stick frying pan with Butter/Oil.
  3. Dip the Bread Slices into the mixture and put it in the greased pan.
  4. Fry the Bread Slices (from both sides)until they achieve a Golden Brown Colour.
  5. Dish them out. Serve with Honey or some Syrup of your choice.
